This policy explains how SoundLens, made by Digital Schematics, handles microphone audio and recordings.
1. Real-Time Audio Processing
SoundLens processes microphone audio on your device, applying amplification and filters before playback or recording. Audio is not sent to any server.
2. Microphone Permissions
Microphone access is needed for listening and recording. The browser preview asks through the browser. Revoke access in device or browser settings.
3. Local Audio Recordings
Starting recording saves audio locally. Silent recording saves amplified audio with playback off. You can share or delete recordings from the library.
4. Settings & Telemetry
Settings such as language are stored on your device. SoundLens sends no telemetry or analytics. If this changes, this policy will be updated first.
6. Adverts & SoundLens PRO
The free version shows adverts and offers a one-time bonus recording slot for watching a sponsor video. SoundLens PRO removes adverts and unlocks more features. This policy will be updated before any advertising or payment service receives data from the app.
