Terms of Service

2. Hearing Safety & Volume Precautions
SoundLens provides substantial audio amplification (up to +40 dB). You are solely responsible for setting safe listening levels. Always connect headphones and verify the volume at low levels before increasing amplification. Prolonged exposure to excessive sound levels can cause permanent hearing damage.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SoundLens application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use SoundLens.
3. Non-Medical Disclaimer
SoundLens is provided 'as is' for recreational and general acoustic enhancement purposes only. It is not an FDA-approved or CE-marked medical hearing aid. Consult a certified audiologist or physician for medical hearing concerns.
4. Intellectual Property
SoundLens code, branding, design and interfaces belong to Digital Schematics and its licensors.
5. Free & SoundLens PRO
Starting recording saves audio locally. Silent recording saves amplified audio with playback off. You can share or delete recordings from the library.
Free includes adverts, one saved recording and a one-time bonus slot for watching a sponsor video. SoundLens PRO unlocks the unlimited recordings library, Speech Clarifier (WDRC), manual six-band EQ and no adverts. A 3-day free trial is available. Plans include a recurring plan (weekly or monthly, depending on region), an annual plan and a one-time lifetime licence.
The free version shows adverts and offers a one-time bonus recording slot for watching a sponsor video. SoundLens PRO removes adverts and unlocks more features. This policy will be updated before any advertising or payment service receives data from the app.
